Growing up as a Millennial, Kaitlyn excels in her technology knowledge. Working with the top cell phone carries and big box electronic stores, she has definitely seen her fair share of experiences. 

Anything from Samsung, to Apple; Mac to Windows; and most gaming systems in between, she knows quite a bit just off the top of her head. One thing you can be sure about Kaitlyn and TechNook, if we don't know how to fix it, we'll figure it out. Guaranteed.
